Sylvan Armada enforcer, cultivation-compliance division
At a glance
Carries himself like a verdict already rendered.
Broad, bark-textured skin.
A ceremonial pruning hook worn openly as rank insignia.
Their story so far
Fenrik has spent two decades bringing 'wayward' vessels back into compliance, and genuinely believes he's protecting them -- an unsupervised living ship is a danger to herself and everyone near her, in his accounting. The Skysong's flight is the first case he's taken personally.
The crack in them
Genuinely believes cruelty in service of tradition isn't cruelty at all.
How they sound
Clipped baritone, military bearing. Type-cast as commanding officers, drill instructors, disciplinarians.
Their music
A low, steady drumbeat under creaking timber -- patient, inevitable.
What they carry
- A ceremonial pruning hook, worn as rank insignia and used as a weapon.
In their words
What doesn't bend is cut.
This isn't punishment. It's maintenance.
