Independent broker, asylum arrangements a specialty
At a glance
Looks like he's always in the middle of a transaction.
Stocky.
A coat with more pockets than seems structurally reasonable.
Their story so far
Otto deals in favors, passage, and looking the other way, and has never once cared which faction he's dealing with as long as the terms are clear. He arranged the Skysong's asylum with Ash for a price that hasn't come due yet.
The crack in them
Never met a favor he wouldn't call in eventually.
How they sound
Rough tenor, restless energy. Type-cast as scrappy fighters, street-smart survivors, loyal muscle.
Their music
A cheerful, slightly-too-fast clockwork tick that never quite resolves.
What they carry
- A coat with more pockets than seems structurally reasonable.
- A running mental ledger he narrates out loud.
In their words
Nothing's free, but everything's negotiable.
I'm not calling it in. I'm just... mentioning it.
